Imagine that you are opening your own clothing store or some other business. What kinds of office equipment and supplies do you think you will need to run your business? How much will this equipment cost? Will you rent the equipment or buy it? Do you create a Website for your business? Discuss your ideas.

I think I'll do need an office, one laptop, a telephone, some pencils , one or two books and another office's material. To begins don't need a lot of money, just the minimun. And is really important have a web site or enny social network to find the customers.

R. Five foot seven. I'm taller in my family.


2. What color are your eyes? What color is your hair?
R. I'm brown eyes and light hair.


3. Who do you take after in your family? How are you alike?
R. I'm eldest brother. I look like my mother.


4. What does your teacher look like?
R. She's very small and have curly hair.


5. Who's got very short hair in your class? Does anyone have very long hair?
R. Alejandro Venegas and Manuel Navarra has very short hair. The most of women have very long hair.


6. Does anyone in the class look like someone famous?
R. Of course, my classmate Mauricio Valderrama look like Rafael Araneda.


7. Are any of your friends over six feet tall? How tall is your best friend?
R. I'm not sure, I think Alejandro is six foot four.


8. Do you know any twins? Do they look alike?
R. I'm not know any thins.

PAST SIMPLE AND PAST CONTINUOUS

Past Simple

Estructure: Pronoun + [VERB+ed] or "irregular verbs" + etc.

    Use the Simple Past to express the idea that an action started and finished at a specific time in the past, to list a series of completed actions in the past, can be used with a duration which starts and stops in the past, can also be used to describe a habit which stopped in the past and can also be used to describe past facts or generalizations which are no longer true, etc.

 Example: 

  • I didn't see a play yesterday.

  • They sat at the beach all day.

  • They never went to school, they always skipped class.

  • She answered my question when I paid her one dollar.

 

Past Continuous 

Estructure: Pronoun+ [was/were + present participle] + etc.

     Use the Past Continuous to indicate that a longer action in the past was interrupted, with two actions in the same sentence, with words such as "always" or "constantly" expresses the idea that something irritating or shocking often happened in the past, etc.

Example:

  • Jane was at my house when you arrived

  • He was constantly talking. He annoyed everyone.

  • What were you doing while you were waiting

  • At midnight, we were still driving through the desert. 

  • I was watching TV when she called.
